- Booking data and related communication: 5 years from booking date (fiscal/legal obligations).
- Contact messages without booking: 2 years.
- Newsletter data: until unsubscription.
- Technical logs: 30 days (no personal identifiers after 24 h).
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We share data limitedly with:
- Hosting provider (Hostico Romania) for technical operation.
- Google Analytics for anonymous statistics, only with your consent.
- Multisoft (4booking.ro) booking management system, only data necessary for processing.
- Public authorities when required by law.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any right, email contact@aerapart.ro or use the GDPR request form. We respond within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP) at www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: HTTPS, restricted data access, IP pseudonymisation, and periodic security reviews.
