At AER, wine isn't a menu — it's a moment. A quiet corner where you settle in after a day by the sea, the right glass in hand and the warm light of the sunset on the terrace.
Every bottle we keep here we chose ourselves, one by one, from vineyards we know personally — mostly from Murfatlar and Dobrogea, just a few steps from where you're staying. We don't chase impressive labels; we pour wines we love to drink and recommend honestly.
