AER Apart & Wine is a small, intentional project on the Black Sea coast — six boutique apartments designed for people who know what they want from a holiday.
How AER began
Agigea has been a destination for those who know the Black Sea well. Not the loudest stretch of coast, not the most commercial — the right one. A bay with calm water, a fishing village atmosphere, a pace that slows you down without asking.
AER Apart & Wine was built around a simple idea: that a vacation apartment should feel like yours. Not a hotel room with your name on a door, but a real space — with a kitchen, a terrace facing the sea, a bed wide enough to sleep past eight.
The wine is part of it too. A small selection, curated by region and story, available for guests who want the evening to last a little longer.
What we believe in
Genuine quiet
No animation programme, no mandatory breakfast, no check-out pressure. You come and go as the sea does.
Quality without excess
Good linen, reliable WiFi, a proper kitchen. Everything that matters, nothing that does not.

Golful Pescarilor beach, a 3-minute walk. Agigea, between Constanța and the Danube Delta. Easy to reach, easy to stay in.
